Chili Lime Crab Cakes
We love these Chili Lime Crab Cakes with Chipotle Avocado Mayonnaise. You can spruce them up Mexican-style for a quite filling entre' like we did here!
Chipotle Avocado Mayo Sauce: 1 medium-sized Avocado, roughly mashed 1/2 tsp. Chipotle Chili Powder 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice Salt and Pepper to taste 1/4 cup Mayonnaise To Prepare the Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, chili powder, avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl and blend well. Chill. To Prepare the Crab Cakes: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the crab meat, crackers, egg, ranch dressing, garlic paste, lime juice, and cilantro. Form into 4-6 crab cakes. Sauté in olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Try to turn them only once, so they don't fall apart. Serves 4-6. Check out our How To Make Crab Cakes and find some great recipes!
