We love these yummy crab nachos! Great appetizer to have while watching football and they are fast and easy to make. You can even add your favorite nacho ingredients, like, black olives, black beans on the side, or jalapenos. We just give you the base here. Be creative and surely enjoy!
Directions: Melt the cheese in microwave, stopping and stirring until cheese is melted in 1 minute increments. Add few dashes of hot red pepper, the crab meat and scallions. Heat again for 1 minute, serve with tortilla chips! Crab Nachos Tips: To make crab nachos even easier... Take a jar of already made creamy nacho cheese, use a spatula to scrap the jar of cheese into a microwavable bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir in 1 can of crab meat-drained and microwave 1 more minute. With this you can omit the scallions and red pepper sauce if desired and use the other suggestions we gave above. You can even lay your nacho chips on a nice big serving dish and add you cheese mixture and toppings and top with the crab meat for a nice crab appetizer party dish!
