Freezing Crab Cakes
I have several cans of crab meat about to reach the expiration date. Can I make crab cakes (cooked/uncooked?) and then freeze them for future meals? I have purchased frozen crab cakes from an 'oldtimer' in Chincoteague and always found them to be pretty good. Cook Crab Cakes Today Eat Tomorrow?
