This grilled Alaskan King Crab Legs recipe is a favorite summertime or anytime Crab-O-Licious favorite!
Directions: Thaw the frozen Alaskan king crab legs. Remove meat from shells. Remove all cartilage and cut the crab meat into 1/2 inch pieces. Cook the mushrooms in fat for 5 minutes. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk gradually and cook until mixture is thick, stirring constantly. Add cheese and the king crab meat; heat. Fill shells with crab mixture, sprinkle with paprika. Place the stuffed king crab legs on a grill, shell side down on grate, about 4 inches from hot coals. Heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning every couple of minutes. Serve hot!
