Grilled Alaskan King Crab Legs

This grilled Alaskan King Crab Legs recipe is a favorite summertime or anytime Crab-O-Licious favorite!



Ingredients:



  • 3 Packages-12 Ounces-Precooked Alaska King Crab Legs

  • 1/2 Teaspoon-Salt

  • 2 Tablespoons-Melted Fat or Oil

  • 2 Tablespoons-Flour

  • 1-4 Ounce Can-Mushrooms with stems and pieces-drained

  • 1 Cup-Milk

  • 1/2 Cup-Grated Cheese (your choice)

  • Paprika




Directions:


Thaw the frozen Alaskan king crab legs. Remove meat from shells. Remove all cartilage and cut the crab meat into 1/2 inch pieces.

Cook the mushrooms in fat for 5 minutes. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk gradually and cook until mixture is thick, stirring constantly.

Add cheese and the king crab meat; heat. Fill shells with crab mixture, sprinkle with paprika.
Place the stuffed king crab legs on a grill, shell side down on grate, about 4 inches from hot coals.

Heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning every couple of minutes.

Serve hot!
