Soft Crab Taco's
by Crab-O-Licious.com
We know it seems that there's a lot of slicin' and dicin' in this Soft Crab Tacos recipe, but trust us, it's worth every diced bit!
Directions: In a 10 to 12-inch pan, over medium-high heat, stir oil, garlic, and onion often until onion begins to brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Add tomato and chilies; simmer until tomatoes are soft, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add the crab meat. Meanwhile, stack the tortillas, wrap in foil, and warm in a 350 degrees F oven, about 10 minutes. To make the salsa, mix cucumber, chili, pineapple, lime peel, lime juice, and cilantro. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the crab filling onto a tortilla, then, add the salsa and salt to taste. Fold in half to enclose filling. Repeat for remaining tacos. Serve right away with shredded lettuce, cheese, and avocado. This Soft Crab Taco's recipe serves 6. Enjoy! Go back to Crab Meat Recipes and find some more great recipes.
