Crab Goddess Salad

Summer's a perfect time to try this Crab Goddess Salad, but don't let this preference stop you from enjoying it anytime of the year. Perfect for a lite lunch or an evening starter before a bar-b-que! Makes about 5 cups or 5 servings...


  • 2/3 (12 oz.) package of whole wheat salad rotini pasta, uncooked (This is where we found this recipe! On the box!)

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1/2 Pound-cooked Crab Meat

  • 1 teaspoon-Lemon Juice

  • 1 Tablespoon-Minced Onion

  • 1/2 Cup-Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Prepare the rotini according to the package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water in a colander.
Peel and dice the avocado; sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Combine rotini, crab meat, avocado, onion, and salad dressing, toss gently! You don't want to break up the crab meat or the noodles!

Refrigerate any leftovers. They should keep for up to 5 days! Enjoy!
