Crab Meat Recipes for 2

Being just my husband and I, we really enjoy having the West Coast Seafood Recipes

It's totally easy-to-prepare recipes that are scaled down for only two people to enjoy restaurant-like flavors of over 300 seafood recipes, including CRAB! And they have LOTS of delicious crab recipes.

So, we thought we could share a few with you, but we got carried away and have 5 for you to try! If you have a few more people to cook for you can easily double or triple these crab meat recipes for 2 and make them for 6!

Did we mention, they even give calorie counts on each dish? Sweet!!!

Easy Imitation Crab Cakes


  • 1 cup crab meat or imitation crab meat

  • 8 soda crackers, crushed

  • 1 Tablespoon-diced green onion

  • 1 Tablespoon-diced celery

  • 1/2 teaspoon-prepared mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon-seafood seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon-Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon-Mayonnaise


In a bowl, combine all ingredients, form into patties and fry in a hot, greased skillet till golden brown, turning only once. (245 calories)

Crab Chow Mein


  • 1/2 stick margarine

  • 1 cup-diced celery

  • 1 cup-diced onion

  • 1 cup-diced green bell pepper

  • 1 handful-bean sprouts

  • 1 can-crab meat

  • 1 can-cream of mushroom soup

  • Chow Mein noodles


In a skillet, saute' first three veggies in margarine until tender. Add the bean sprouts, crab and soup and simmer for a few minutes and serve over chow mein noodles. (825 calories)

Impossible Crab Pie


  • 1 can-crab meat

  • 1/2 cup-grated cheese

  • 3 oz.-cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup-diced green onion

  • 1 jar (2 oz.)-chopped pimento

  • 1 cup-milk

  • 1/2 cup-biscuit mix

  • 2 eggs

  • salt to taste

  • dash-nutmeg


Combine the crab meat, cheeses, green onion, and pimento in a greased casserole dish. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender and turn on high for 15 seconds, then mix with the crab and cheese mixture. Place the casserole dish in a pan with water and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. (1,011 calories)

Crab Cupcakes


  • 1 can-crab meat

  • 2-beaten eggs

  • 1 Tablespoon-soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup-diced green onion

  • 1 Tablespoon-parsley flakes

  • 2 Tablespoons-biscuit mix

  • Salt-to taste

  • 1/4 cup-oil


Combine ingredients and spoon into an individual greased casserole dish or cupcake dishes. Place in a pan with water and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 6 crab cupcakes. (548 calories)

Crab-N-Mushroom Casserole


  • 1 can-crab meat

  • 1 can-cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 small can-mushroom pieces

  • 1 cup-cooked peas

  • 1 cup-fresh bread crumbs


Combine ingredients in a greased casserole dish, cover with the bread crumbs and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (598 calories)
