Crab Stuffed Ravioli With Shrimp

This Crab Stuffed Ravioli With Shrimp recipe is one of my favorite creations! It's fast and easy, elegant and hearty and believe it or not all these ingredients I bought from Costco. Love them or hate them, they are the only grocer that I've been able to find that carries crab stuffed ravioli in my town. I'm too lazy to make the ravioli by scratch. But don't let that stop you from making your own if you feel so inclined!

Ingredients for Crab Stuffed Ravioli With Shrimp:

  • 1-Package of Crab Stuffed Ravioli  (One package, not the 2 if you get them from Costco. You can put the other half back in the freezer for future use unless you are feeding a crowd, thenn do double all the ingredients...The crab they use in this ravioli is Dungeness, too, by the way. They are jam packed full with crab and just a hint of cheese.)
  • 1-Jar of Classico Creamy Alfredo  (If you like it creamier, use 2 jars!)
  • 1/2 Pound of peeled, tail on Shrimp
  • Can of Peas (Optional, but you really should eat your veggies! You can use some other veggie, snow peas are good with this, too.)

In a Dutch oven, fill with water about 1/2 full and bring to boil. Add the ravioli and cook until the ravioli's are floating and done, around 6-8 minutes, then drain carefully.

Next, turn the heat down to medium-low, add the alfredo, peas and shrimp. Stir and cook, stirring occasionally until the shrimp are done, pink. Don't over cook the shrimp!

Remove from heat and serve.

If you use 2 jars of creamy alfredo in this recipe, you will definitely want to serve this with some bread! It's real yummy! This Crab Meat Recipe will serve 4.
